MCG General Contractor LLC Fulfillment Policy

1. Project Scope & Estimates

  • All work will be performed according to the agreed-upon scope outlined in the estimate.

  • Any modifications or additions must be approved in writing and may result in additional costs.

  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

2. Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 25% is required before project commencement.

  • An additional 50% is due upon reaching the midpoint of the project.

  • The remaining 25% is due upon final walkthrough and project completion.

  • Late payments may be subject to penalties or project delays.

3. Project Timeline & Scheduling

  • MCG General Contractor LLC will provide an estimated timeline for completion.

  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as weather delays or material shortages, may affect the timeline.

  • Clients will be notified of any significant changes to the schedule.

4. Material & Quality Assurance

  • We guarantee the use of high-quality materials and workmanship.

  • Clients must review and approve material selections before installation.

  • Any material shortages or changes in availability may require alternative selections.

5. Change Orders & Additional Work

  • Any changes to the original contract must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges.

  • MCG General Contractor LLC reserves the right to adjust the project timeline accordingly.

6. Inspections & Walkthroughs

  • A final walkthrough will be conducted to ensure all work meets client expectations.

  • Any concerns or issues should be addressed during this walkthrough for prompt resolution.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a one-year workmanship warranty on all completed projects.

  • Warranty excludes damages caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

  • MCG General Contractor LLC is only liable for work explicitly stated in the estimate.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to administrative fees.

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been purchased or work has commenced.

9. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure access to the job site during working hours.

  • Any required permits, unless specified otherwise, are the client's responsibility.
